A friend just tipped me off that one of my tracks had cropped up on a beat tape that he’d picked up online. On doing a little looking around, I found this beat tape compiled by Italian DJ/Compiler (and graphic designer) Melaz Cosmo.
To be honest, I was quite surprised by the track choice (a short instrumental version of the outro from my Little Brother Remix EP) since it’s probably the most simple / basic (and quickly put together) of all the tracks on that EP. Nonetheless, it’s very nice to see something of mine on here alongside some of my favourite beat makers – Mitsu The Beats, Dela, Apollo Brown and others.
